At Atah Group, we strive for housing stability. Most of our properties require a minimum gross monthly income of 3x the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $1,000, the required monthly household income is $3,000. Specific requirements are listed on each property card.
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee per adult (18+) to cover the cost of background, credit, and eviction history checks. This fee ensures we maintain a safe and secure community for all residents. The exact amount is listed on the application page for each property.
We love our furry neighbors! Many of our properties are pet-friendly. However, policies vary by location regarding breed restrictions, weight limits, and pet fees. Please check the "Pets Allowed" status on the specific listing you are interested in.
To ensure a healthy living environment and maintain the quality of our buildings, all Atah Group interiors are 100% smoke-free. This includes all individual units and common indoor areas.
